Picture this. You awake to a view of the Pacific Ocean with the smell of fresh ground coffee and herbal tea in the air. You toss on your yoga pants and enjoy lemongrass tea with honey, harvested from the farm, in a rocking chair on the porch. Soon you’ll walk out by the pool and spread out your mat for a sunrise yoga class overlooking the water. You are especially relaxed because you know that while in yoga, someone is cooking your breakfast of freshly gathered eggs and greens from the organic garden right outside the door. After breakfast is a day to do as you please: adventure, introspect, attend a holistic nutrition class or serve in a nearby orphanage. Tonight you’ll gather with the group for a sunset yoga class and fantastic fresh dinner, prepared and served. You’ll finish the night, along with a group of inspiring women, with a meditation under the moon. You have never seen the moon so big or the stars so bright. And this goes on all week…

We will be immersed in yoga, meditation, nutrition, healing food and service on an ecofarm in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua. This ‘retreat’ from your regular daily grind opens you to go deeper and really integrate all of these healing modalities.
